Siamo is looking for chilled warehouse operatives to work at our client’s site in CRICK, NN67SL
SHIFT PATTERN & PAY:
Tuesday to Saturday days: 6:00-14:00 – Monday to Friday is £14.24 / Saturday is £15.65
Sunday to Thursday: 6:00-14:00 – Monday to Friday is £14.24 / Sunday is £15.65
Key Role Responsibilities:
This role is picking and packing in a chilled environment (0 to 5 degrees) and includes lifting up to 20kg, using PPT.
About you:
- Ability to work in a chilled environment (0 to 5 degrees)
- Manual handling and able to lift case weights of up to 20kg
- Should be a positive, enthusiastic person
- Enjoy working as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
- Must have previous experience using PPT &/or LLOP Full training will be provided
- To maintain the required performance and accuracy standards
- To work flexibly, on whichever duty (as per training/qualification), when and where required, whilst on shift within the depot
- Ensure deadlines are met and KPI’s are achieved and exceeded
- Ensure unloading/loading accuracy is maintained at 100%
- Working in line with food safety standards
Knowledge and Experience required:
- Previous experience in chilled warehousing and in operating MHE, such as Power pallet truck (PPT) and Forklift truck.
- Demonstrable good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of team, or independently with minimal supervision
- General warehouse housekeeping
