As Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will hold the below responsibilities:
 

• Cost plans and completing evaluations and analysis
• Tender documents
• Produce and document financial statements
• Measurement for Bills of Quantities/Schedules of Work
• Final Account Assessments
• Interim valuations
• Assess cost variations to contracts
• To Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
• Provide project support for client direct suppliers coordination
• Complete marketing, updating the website and social networking sites with reviews and changes
• Project analysis for cost data bases

 
The successful candidate will:
 

• Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or have sufficient qualifications to allow entry to a RICS recognised
• Possess some knowledge of construction and understanding of quantity surveying duties
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent grade C (5) or above.
• Hold of a Full clean UK Drivers Licence
