As the Client Service Administrator you will manage a range of clientele actively reporting to the Administration Manager and Advisors.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a client or customer service role and is looking for a great opportunity to advance your career.

This Client Service Administrator role will hold the below responsibilities:
- Meeting Preparation
- Provide a point of contact for all queries pertinent to your role from the team
- Provide technical support to the team
- Business Submissions
- Manage and resolve technical queries
- Liaise with clients to provide help and information on technical issues queries raised
- Keep up with all industry and internal changes that will affect your role
- Show willingness to expand and increase knowledge of all areas of financial services – specifically pensions, investments and tax and trusts
- Updating all client confidential information to all relevant platforms
- Supporting new members of the team
- Personally managing workflow
The ideal candidate for this Client Service Administrator position will hold:
- Previous customer service and administration exposure is essential
- Naturally a confident communicator who can manage internal and external relationships
- Full UK Driving License and own vehicle due to remote location
- The ability to confidently prioritise tasks and strategically multi-task
- Naturally career hungry for investment and development
