As a Successful Candidate you will have these responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to the team
- Use initiative to locate answers
- Manage and resolve technical queries
- Liase with clients to provide help and give information
- Show willingness to increase knowledge of all areas of financial services
- Deal with meeting preparation
- Complete and check fund transfers
- Balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner
- Answer the phone and respond to emails when required
- Work well autonomously, remotely and within a team on electronic systems
- Keep up with business submissions
- Personally manage workflow

- Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
