We are currently looking for Order Pickers/ Warehouse Operatives to join the team in the busy warehouse in Colchester, CO2. We are offering a market leading opportunity for candidates that want to work within the warehousing environment with the opportunity to progress their careers.
Pay rates:
- STD £ 12.60p/h
- After midnight till 5am £15.05 p/h
- Average working hours a week are 6.5 hours up to 32.5 hours (break unpaid) more hours offered where possible.
- Shift is 6pm till 1am

The Role
- Successful candidates will start on our comprehensive 1-day 4 hour induction and training program
- Picking products uses a voice headset that gives clear instructions of what you need to do, foot picking.
- Stacking the picked items carefully into the cage ready to send to the stores.
- Lifting items with a range of weights and sizes, some heavy lifting required.
- Ensuring that working areas are always clean and tidy.
- Adhere to the health & safety rules at site.
- Previous order picking experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Flexible workers required weekend working involved.
Who are we looking for?
- Colleagues who can follow the shifts advertised above, they MUST be flexible to work 6pm till 1am shift up to any 5 days of the week.
- Colleagues preferably with warehouse experience (or similar) but not essential as full training given.
- Colleagues with great “can do” attitude.
