Siamo are working in partnership with a leading health care company to recruit warehouse operatives based in Maidstone (ME16 0LW). This position has a great working environment, friendly and welcoming team, excellent pay rates and many other perks.
SHIFT:
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week
Weekends off work!!!
JOB PURPOSE:
To liaise with customers on all aspects of the business of the Organisation to ensure customer satisfaction and a high quality service are maintained at all times.
THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Date changes with CMS logs
- Simple uplifts (odd lines with the basic checks).
- Calling suppliers, stock avaiailbility, POD request to support queries already logged by Core CSA’s etc
- Customer P/O queries (X req queries via EDI portal)
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- PC literate
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Work on own initiative
