This is an introductory role that gives you the opportunity to work closely with both team members and customer. You’ll build and strengthen relationships while providing valuable support to the UK’s financial advisors

Role Responsibility:

  • Monitor client and prospect cases, booking meetings when needed
  • Handle client queries and provide clear, timely responses
  • Support the advisor by managing emails, calls and follow up tasks
  • Complete required documentation and due diligence for case submissions
  • Prepare meeting notes and review letters, keeping all systems fully updated

  • Able to follow processes and procedures and update CRM systems accurately
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to communicate complex information clearly and confidently
  • Eager to learn and quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Strong telephone manner with a focus on delivering excellent client service
