Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for FLT drivers with HLOP/LLOP/PPT/RT/CB/BENDI/VNA experience for one of our prestigious client in Kettering, NN14.
If you have any of the FLT license/experience, please apply as full training will be given for these roles.
Pay Rate: £12.66/hour (basic)
PM Shift Unsocial Hours (20:00-22:00): £14.95/hour
Overtime Pay: Saturday – £15.53/hour | Sunday – £18.73/hour
Shifts: PM 14:00-22:00
7 out of 5 – Shift pattern Saturday and Sunday 3 days on weekedays. Off/Rest days 2 days in weekdays. (Must be able to work through weekend every week following the shift pattern)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Picking orders efficiently and accurately
- Heavy lifting involved; ability to meet physical demands is essential
- Meeting daily targets and deadlines
- Operating machinery MHE/FLT safely and adhering to all safety protocols
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid MHE/FLT licence (inhouse or accredited)
- Must to have experience in MHE /HLOP/ LLOP / PPT /MLOP/ FLT / VNA / BENDI
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and manual handling.
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- All candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test on induction day.
- DBS check
