Part-Time HR Support Assistant (Temp to Perm)

Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients based in Tysley B11 for a Part-Time HR Support Assistant. This is an ongoing temporary role with a strong view to becoming permanent, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience within a professional and supportive environment.

📍 Location: Tysley, Birmingham, B11 (site-based role)
📅 Working days: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
⏰ Hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm (6 hours per day)
💷 Pay rate: £12.80 per hour
📈 Contract: Temp to Perm opportunity

About the Role
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Business Partner
• Maintain and update employee records accurately and efficiently
• Support recruitment activity, including onboarding and offboarding administration
• Respond to basic HR-related queries or direct them appropriately
• Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality

What We’re Looking For
• Previous HR or administrative experience is preferred
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• High level of integrity with a professional and discreet approach
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently
