Siamo is recruiting on behalf of our client for Maintenance Engineer at their Coventry manufacturing facility. 
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing car seats manufacturers. You’ll play a key role in Maintenance to ensure the technical availability and reliability of production machinery and facilities. 

Hours of work are-Rotational Shift 
AM –Mon to Thurs-  6am till 14pm, Friday – 6am to 13:10pm
 PM –Mon to Thurs- 14pm till 22:30pm,Friday – 13:10pm to 18.20pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain machinery in a clean, safe, and orderly condition according to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) schedules
• Perform first-line repairs to enable continued production
• Use machine downtime and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data to improve uptime
• Minimize maintenance-related costs through efficient repair and planning
• Participate in process and equipment improvement initiatives
• Assist in the management and selection of spare parts and equipment
• Support project activities and provide technical input when needed
• Mentor apprentices and support their development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and the Brose code of conduct

Requirements:

• Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering)
• Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of TPM, OEE, and maintenance best practices
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective communication and mentoring skills
