We are recruiting Warehouse Colleagues to support our growing team based at our site in Wellingborough.
Our multi-temperature warehouse operates 24/7 excluding Christmas Day, so it’s essential that you are flexible and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse.

Basic hourly rate of pay is currently:                        £12.69
Night shift premium per hour (6pm-6am)                 £ 2.46
Weekend premium per hour                                    £ 1.76

Shifts available:

• Range of shifts available across:
• Day Shift (04:00-12:00, 06:00-14:00), (Premium £2.46ph between 04:00-06:00)
• Back Shift (12:00-20:00 or 14:00-22:00), (Premium £2.46ph between 18:00-22:00)
• working any 5 out of 7 days. (Weekend Premium £1.76ph)
• Flexibility on shifts will be considered on an individual basis.

The Role

• Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE
• Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard
• Completing tasks supported by an electronic warehouse management tool
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
• Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
• Adhering and investing in our award-winning health and safety standard
