Job Title: On-Site Recruitment Assistant Consultant Location: Aston, Birmingham Salary: £28.600 per Year We are looking to recruit a new team member for the position of On-Site Recruitment Assistant Consultant for our prestigious Food Manufacturing contract in Aston. Role Responsibilities This is a 360 recruitment role, reporting to the On-Site Recruitment Manager, where your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting on-site recruitment and shift planning.
- Ensuring site compliance and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Assisting in fulfilling daily volume recruitment needs in line with customer deadlines.
- Recruiting and selecting workers for available roles.
- Managing shift allocations and staff availability.
- Conducting induction training (following approval).
- Handling administrative tasks such as change requests and absence management.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Providing high levels of customer service and resolving worker queries efficiently.
- Maintaining relationships with internal customer managers.
- Monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators.
- Managing employee performance and conduct.

Additional Information
- This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern of 05:30 – 15:30 and 08:00 – 17:00.
- Some weekend work may be required based on business needs.
- Responsibility for an out-of-hours mobile phone may be required.
- This is a 9-12 month maternity leave cover position.
