This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join a well-established company based in Cirencester.
As the Production Operative your role will be to manufacture bespoke products on the line ensuring quality is at the forefront of your mind.
Shifts: 4 ON 4 OFF – Rotating 06:00am – 18:00pm & 18:00pm – 06:00am

Full training will be given with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate(s).

- Location – Cirencester
- £13.70 rising to £24.11 after full training at 12 weeks
- 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift pattern

Your role as a Production Operative will involve the following duties:
- Quality checking all goods post manufacture
- Loading raw materials into the production process and potentially lifting/stacking finished tiles
- Running safety checks on machinery
- Machine operating safety and efficiently
- Preparing products for dispatch -and loading pallets for delivery
- Liaising with supervisors and maintenance team with any line issues
- Working across the line
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Supporting team members regularly
- General warehouse housekeeping duties
The ideal candidate for the Production Operative position will have:
- Production operative experience is extremely essential
- Previous line operative exposure would be advantageous
- Previous experience working shift patterns is essential
- Quality control experience is essential
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Good attentiveness and a keen eye for detail
- Full UK Driving License
- Physically able to lift up to 20kg regularly
