This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join a well-established company based in Cirencester.
 
As the Production Operative your role will be to manufacture bespoke products on the line ensuring quality is at the forefront of your mind.
 
Shifts: 4 ON 4 OFF – Rotating 06:00am – 18:00pm & 18:00pm – 06:00am

Full training will be given with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate(s).

  • Location – Cirencester
  • £13.70 rising to £24.11 after full training at 12 weeks
  • 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift pattern
  • Rotational Shifts 06:00am – 18:00pm & 18:00pm – 06:00am

Your role as a Production Operative will involve the following duties:
 
 

  • Quality checking all goods post manufacture
  • Loading raw materials into the production process and potentially lifting/stacking finished tiles
  • Running safety checks on machinery
  • Machine operating safety and efficiently
  • Preparing products for dispatch -and loading pallets for delivery
  • Liaising with supervisors and maintenance team with any line issues
  • Working across the line
  •  Adhering to all health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Supporting team members regularly
  • General warehouse housekeeping duties

 
 
The ideal candidate for the Production Operative position will have:
 
 

  • Production operative experience is extremely essential
  • Previous line operative exposure would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working shift patterns is essential
  • Quality control experience is essential
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Good attentiveness and a keen eye for detail
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Physically able to lift up to 20kg regularly
