Role Responsibilities
· Lead and support a production team to deliver top-quality results on time
· Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
· Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues
· Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential
· Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met
· Work closely with support functions to keep operations running at peak performance
· Foster a positive, motivated, and engaged work environment
