Siamo Group is currently recruiting Reach Truck (RPT) and Counterbalance warehouse colleagues / order pickers to work at our prestigious client in DIRFT (NN67GX).
Shifts:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00, with some flexibility when required.
Pay Rate:
£13.29, (£13.69 per hour after training passed on FLT)
(Overtime available depending on business needs £16.85 – £20.75)
Requirements:
- Valid MHE licenses for Reach Truck (RPT) and Counterbalance and experience essential.
- MHE for approximately 30–40% of the day the rest to work on mezz floor moving pallets with pump truck and electric pump truck
- Experience with RDF scanners.
- Strong team player and able to follow instructions.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Physically fit to handle some heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Undertake a DBS check

- Picking orders efficiently and accurately
- Work as a team and with little supervision·
- Performing final quality checks before products are sent to customers.
- Line clear down and housekeeping
- Some heavy lifting involved; ability to meet physical demands is essential
- Meeting daily targets and deadlines
- Operating machinery MHE / FLT safely and adhering to all safety protocols.
