Recruitment Implementation Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Implementation Manager to lead the successful onboarding, implementation, and development of recruitment solutions for key clients. This role is to ensure seamless service delivery, to drive operational efficiencies, and to foster strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth. You will also be expected to learn multiple sites and provide support during peak periods and holiday cover. This is a mobile role, so the availability to travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Implementation & Onboarding – Lead end-to-end implementation of recruitment solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to SLAs. Develop and execute tailored workforce solutions for new and existing clients.
• Multi-Site Support & Flexibility – Learn operations across multiple client sites and provide hands-on support during peak periods and holiday cover to maintain service continuity.
• Business Development & Account Growth – Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and support new business proposals. Build strong client partnerships to drive retention and growth.
• Performance & Compliance Management – Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs), ensuring full compliance with employment legislation, including Agency Worker Regulations (AWR).
• Stakeholder Engagement – Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, including HR, Operations, and Senior Leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Process Improvement & Innovation – Continuously refine recruitment and workforce management processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Market & Competitor Insights – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Experience in recruitment implementation, workforce solutions, or a similar role within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Strong track record in managing large-scale recruitment projects, preferably within the industrial, logistics, or onsite recruitment sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site recruitment teams and deliver against KPIs and SLAs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, compliance, and best practices in workforce management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
