Siamo Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced administrator to work for us at one of our prestigious clients in Corby, NN18.
The shift pattern: Monday to Friday
The hours: 2 pm-10 pm
The rate of pay: £11.62 per hour
Overtime: £17.43 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Administrator covering the goods in/out department.
- Coordinate and schedule incoming and outgoing deliveries with suppliers and customers.
- Accurately document all incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving and dispatch notes.
- Utilize the DLX system for data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
- Input and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for weekly period reports.
About you:
- Good experience in administration services and systems including Outlook, Excel, and ideally PO systems.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an administrative role although full training will be given.
- Good organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- The importance of accurate records and correct data entry
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
