WAREHOUSE COLLEAGUES NEEDED – Start Date – 3rd November 2025 

* Shift – 2pm – 10pm 
* Pay Rates: £14.80ph  – Overtime available

Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with Asda CDC (Marsh Leys, Kempston) and we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Colleagues to work within a chilled environment.
 
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY THAT COULD LEAD TO A FULL TIME CONTRACT. 

Shifts: Any 5 days out of 7 days. 40 hrs per week –  – 2pm – 10pm  (This will include WEEKENDS as part of the rota) 

The Role: – Picking and Packing customer grocery orders using a voice pick system

• Decanting and scanning products to go into stock
• Loading and despatching Must be physically fit – some heavy lifting involved
• Excellent chance of permanent position
• Role involve handling meat and alcohol a chilled environment (0 – 5 degrees)

Requirements:

• Previous experience is essential. (6 months min in a similar environment) 
• A positive and flexible attitude. Self-motivated, always looking for the best in every situation
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Commitment to hit targets
• Ability to work in a target driven environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy whilst working quickly
• Be able to work in a chilled environment
