Warehouse operative – Immediate start
Full Time Job Opportunity

Join our friendly team at our client site based in Croydon. We offer a supportive work environment and flexible, full time hours and an immediate start.

Applicants must be available to work any of the shifts on the rota
Salary: £13.70 per hour, weekly payment

THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Picking/packing manually to a high standard of accuracy 
Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties 
Accurate input of data into Company computer systems and manual records 
Achieve the targets (KPIs) and job standards 
Maintain high standards of site housekeeping 
Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks 
 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English 
Able to follow instructions 
Able to work under pressure to targets and deadlines 
Numerical and focused on accuracy 
Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting 
Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling 
Able to work as part of a team 
Previous experience preferred but not essential 
Able to use initiative and identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement
