Warehouse operative – Immediate start
Part-Time Job Opportunity
Join our friendly team at our client site based in Rochester, ME2. We offer a supportive work environment, part-time hours and an immediate start.
Schedule: any 5 days out of 7
Shifts available:
Day shift:
5:45 – 11:00
Night shift:
22:00 – 06:00 (max. 30 hours in a week)
THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Can be some heavy lifting
Full training provided
General warehouse work
Must be able to pick alcoholic products
Must be able to work any days of the week incl. weekends
Payment: weekly payment
All hours worked between 05:00 – Midnight – £13.85ph
All hours worked between Midnight – 05:00 – £16.30ph
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English
Able to follow instructions
Able to work under pressure to targets and deadlines
Numerical and focused on accuracy
Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting
Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
Able to work as part of a team
Previous experience preferred but not essential
Able to use initiative and identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement
