WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – Rotating Shift!
 
Siamo are working in partnership with a leading health care company to recruit warehouse operatives based in Normanton (WF6). This position has a great working environment, friendly and welcoming team, excellent pay rates and many other perks. 
 
SHIFT: 
Monday to Friday (Rotating Weekly AM/PM)     
 
Rotating Pattern: 
Week 1 – 6am to 2pm  
Week 2 – 2pm to 10pm 
 
Weekends off work!!! 
 
RATE OF PAY:  
Basic: £14.22p/h 

THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Picking/packing either manually or using MHE to a high standard of accuracy
– Loading and unloading trailers
– Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties
– Accurate input of data into Company computer systems and manual records
– Achieve the targets (KPIs) and job standards
– Maintain high standards of site housekeeping
– Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English
– Able to follow instructions
– Able to work under pressure to achieve targets
– Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting
– Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
– Able to work as part of a team
– Previous experience preferred but not essential
