Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day performance of the team, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Oversee workflows to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions to maintain high service standards.
- Track team KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Act as the first point of escalation for both internal team queries and external client needs.
