Reducing Costs By Tackling Attrition

By implementing a robust onboarding process, strengthening onsite engagement, and establishing a deeply collaborative working model, we transformed the client’s workforce stability.

Inheriting high peak attrition levels we introduced targeted retention strategies that dramatically reduced churn, therefore driving attrition down quarter by quarter and ultimately creating a highly committed, unified, and long-tenured workforce. This partnership not only exceeded initial expectations but delivered substantial long-term value and operational continuity for the client.

Challenge

We deliver skill-specific workforces for our client, across two industry variants and seven sites, with differing needs.

When coming into our client’s business, we inherited Peak attrition levels of 15% and 9.5% across the two variants.

After implementing our robust processes, and our collaborative working practices, overall Attrition for the client reduced to 9.5% and 6% by the end of that Q4 peak.

This downward trend in attrition continued into the next year with levels at just 3% in Q2. At the start of Q4, we continued to be well on track to deliver and out-perform this expectation with Leaver numbers steadily reducing and Attrition rates dropping to as low as 1%.
