Level 3 13 Months £4,000 Apprentices who have direct customer support within all sectors and organisation types. Advocates of Customer Service who act as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries. Face to face, online or blended.

Customer Service Practitioner Duration Funding Band Who is this for? Delivery method
Level 2 13 Months £3,500 Learners new to the role of customer service delivering high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Responsibilities to include providing a high-quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. Learners may be the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type. Face to face, online or blended.
