Siamo Group

We have been on a mission to do more than just provide staffing solutions since 1984. We help businesses build stronger teams, realise potential and create workplaces people enjoy.

With over 40 years of experience, we’ve grown to support not only SMEs but also some of the UK’s leading brands, building a reputation along the way for driving growth and finding efficiencies benefitting both candidates and clients.

What began as one small staffing agency called Templine Employment Agency Ltd, has evolved into a national network of local branches and onsite partnerships. In 2016, we expanded our offering and acquired training provider Qommunicate Ltd, now Siamo Training, to help businesses upskill, retain and invest in their workforce.

As committed members of Sedex and the Association of Labour Providers (ALP), Stronger Together business partners and licence holders for the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA), we operate in full alignment with the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code.

Environmental Commitment

We are proudly committed to reducing our impact on our environment. We have voluntarily joined the UK Government’s Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) and have successfully submitted our Phase 3 action plan, setting out our roadmap for the next three years. We are also working towards achieving our first Ecovadis certification, further demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.

Taking our energy strategy to the next level, we are developing a company-wide Energy Management System (EnMS) which will help us to:

 

  • Gain better insights into energy consumption across the business
  • Identify energy saving opportunities
  • Provide better data and set targets and objectives
  • Deliver board reports to highlight key successes and areas for improvement.

Our Environmental Policy in Action

 

We have both an Environmental Policy and an Energy Reduction Plan in place which covers:

 

  • Using renewable energy wherever possible
  • Partnering with vendors who share our sustainability values
  • Providing staff training to ensure sustainability is part of the culture of the business
  • Investing in sustainable upgrades such as LED lighting and transitioning to a greener fleet.
