As Managing Director of Siamo, Craig brings over 20 years’ experience within the business, providing clear strategic direction while overseeing the legal and governance aspects that underpin its success.
Throughout his career at Siamo, Craig has focused on adding measurable value and driving efficiencies across Retail Logistics, Manufacturing, and Food Production operations. He has been lead in Implementing and delivering tech solutions to enhance operations.
Mark Holder – Director of Branch Network
Maintaining a strong network of locations is vital in supporting local communities and delivering consistent service excellence. With more than 30 years’ in the industry, Mark oversees the groups network of branches, ensuring teams are empowered to support clients and candidates alike while driving performance, collaboration and long term value at a local level.
David Bonnington – Operations Director, Managed Service
With more than 26 years’ with Siamo David leads the Managed Service division with a clear focus on operational excellence. Consistently adding value to operations by finding efficiencies and adaptations in performance, implementation, strategic planning, talent and mentorship. David ensures we have high performing teams that are agile and deliver real results for clients.
Laura Smith – Director of Branch Network
With more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment across various sectors and disciplines, including extensive white collar expertise, Laura is able to lead the branch network with a strong commercial focus. She quickly understands business needs and delivers tailored solutions that provide real, measurable value, supporting both operational and professional workforce requirements.
David Bacon – Director of Siamo Training
Learning and development is key to operational performance, empowering businesses to grow, retain talent, and close skills gaps. With more than 25 years of experience with Siamo in both recruitment and training roles and spanning across both logistics and manufacturing sectors. David has a unique perspective on how effective workforces are built and maintained. He works closely with businesses to develop succession planning models via bespoke workplace training and apprenticeship solutions.
Abigail Stait – Group Commercial Accountant
Supporting the group with more than 15 years’ in the accounting profession, Abigail’s expertise ensures the business remains financially resilient and well positioned to invest, grow, and continue supporting clients, colleagues, and candidates with confidence.
