What is Onsite Managed Service Recruitment?

Our Onsite Managed Service, Managed Service Provision (MSP) or Outsourced Recruitment, as you may know it, is essentially all of your recruitment and workforce management taken off your hands by our expert team.

You will have a dedicated Onsite recruitment team who will handle any staffing issues, requirements or challenges on your behalf at your site, leaving you to do what you do best while we handle your resourcing demands.

Can we scale up or down depending on requirements?
Absolutely! Most of our clients work on ‘peak seasons’ so there are times in the year, such as traditional holiday periods, that are incredibly busy and therefore demand many more staff than lower periods of the year. That’s why we develop robust onsite workforce management and recruitment plans with structured onboarding processes, which we review with you regularly to ensure your staffing levels remain flexible and efficient.
What reporting / analytics do you provide?
You’ll receive regular reports on key metrics and agreed KPIs such as fulfilment, headcount, detailed analysis of leavers, temp to perm figures and pipeline status. Custom dashboards are also available.
