Siamo Group are looking for a experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a client of ours in Bardon Hill, Coalville on a temp to perm position
Position: FLT Counterbalance Driver (double fork up to 3.5t)
Location: Bardon Hill, Coalville
Pay Rate: £12.95 ph plus £1.43 ph attendance bonus
Hours: Monday to friday, Roatational shifts, 0600-1400 & 1400-2200
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a fast-paced and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and confident operating a counterbalance forklift truck in a warehouse or production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT to move, load, and unload materials
- Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock movement
- Ensure all goods are handled with care and recorded accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised working area
- Follow all site health & safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
