The Apprenticeship Levy allows businesses like yours to build and retain a skilled workforce through access to recognised levy-funded training for your employees.
A government initiative to encourage employers to invest into skills and training programmes for their employees, it provides a valuable opportunity to upskill existing employees as well as attract new candidates and retain staff. And, even if you’re not a levy-paying business, you may still be able to take advantage of levy through alternative routes, such as levy transfer.
Accessing Levy Funding
Apprenticeship funding can be found through the levy, and other schemes, meaning that you can take advantage of impactful training at little or no cost to your business.

Our training team will work with you to identify the best solution to your unique needs using a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure that your aims, objectives and performance goals are at the centre of your unique training plan. This will help us to identify skills and training gaps.

What Happens Next?
From there we can advise what training would be available. If the recommendation is not an apprenticeship, we can signpost you to other options. We can also provide full support with your digital apprenticeship service account and your access to the levy.
All apprenticeships must be independently assessed by a third party. Any preparation, training delivery, and support, including mock examinations and independent assessment, are fully covered through levy or associated apprenticeship funding.
