Our mission is to expand your knowledge, skills, and behaviours to allow development within your current role. By providing the tools and support, this enables you to achieve results while making for an enjoyable learner journey.
Your training sessions will have a combination of 1-1 sessions, group sessions and workshops, depending on your specific course.
You will receive support right the way through your apprenticeship standard – from enrolment all the the way through past ‘Gateway’, where we will continue to support you with thorough preparation for your end point assessment.

Your Learner Journey
Through work-based learning programmes, our online e-learning platform, and one-to-one support from a dedicated trainer, you are guided every step of the way, from skill competency to assessment preparation. We also encourage an in-house mentor to help you as you begin to apply your new skills within your role.
E-Learning Platform
Our e-learning platform is designed to support you by setting key goals and objectives, giving continual access to your trainer, as well as the ability to access and manage your learning. With videos, and free additional short courses on topics such as sustainability and conflict management, you can manage your learning progress and layer the knowledge and skills taught with supplementary information from the platform.
Apprenticeship Assessment
At the end of your training, you will complete an apprenticeship assessment conducted by a third party to complete the standard.
Our team will be on hand to guide you through the process and even give you mock assessments in preparation. You can be confident that you will have the full support to reach your goals.
Your Learning Goals
A key part of our approach is the Personalised Individual Action Plan created from an initial skills scan at the start of the programme. This gives you a personalised roadmap for success, with key milestones and goals that are regularly reviewed with your dedicated trainer. These regular reviews enhance knowledge of learning aims, provide you with a platform to discuss key milestones and are a mechanism to allow early intervention for any support.
Supporting Courses – Functional Skills
Our designated Maths and English trainer provides personalised support for you, helping to develop your key functional skills with confidence. Not all learners will need to complete these courses, but for those that do, we will support you to also upskill in these core disciplines.
We are proud to have an 83% first-time pass rate and believe that this is testament to our learner support strategy.
