Dispatch Operatives
Location: Ampthill Road, Bedford
Working Hours: 2 shifts available
6am – 2pm – Monday to Friday – £28,080 per annum (13.50ph)
2pm – 12pm – Monday to Thursday – £32,448 per annum (13.50ph 2pm – 5pm £16.50ph 5pm to 12pm Midnight)

As a Dispatch Operative, you will play a critical role in the logistics and distribution process.
This position involves handling a variety of products, which may require significant physical effort due to their sizes. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about contributing to a fast-paced environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.
The Day to Day:
- Wrapping and crating goods ready for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries securely and efficiently
- Assisting the Dispatch Manager with tasks as required
- Driving the forklift when required
- Keeping dispatch areas clean, organised, and safe
What you will bring to the role:
- Physical capability to handle various product sizes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
*Forklift licence is an advantage but full training will be provided.
