Siamo Training is pleased to announce the promotion of Lauren Smith to Supply Chain Lead Trainer, recognising her contribution to the growth and performance of the division since joining in June 2024.
During her time within the training team, Lauren has played a key role in strengthening the learner journey and supporting the delivery of consistently high-quality training across the division.
Alongside her professional responsibilities, Lauren has demonstrated a commitment to her own development and has completed a Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor apprenticeship and has now moved onto her Level 5 in Operations Management.
In her new role as Supply Chain Team Leader, Lauren will support and manage the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain and Logistics training provision. She will work closely with trainers and clients to enhance operational performance, strengthen relationships and further develop the division’s offering.
Lauren said: “Since starting my role in the training team back in 2024, I have always been supported in my career development from day one and have played an integral part in continuing our Supply Chain Warehouse provision across the training division. I’m now looking forward to managing day to day operations, alongside completing my own L5 Apprenticeship in Operations Management, strengthening client relationships, and driving further growth in the division.”
