Siamo Group is pleased to announce that David Bacon has been promoted to Managing Director of the Training Division.
David’s journey with the wider business spans over 25 years, originally joining A&A Recruitment before Siamo acquired the business in 2013. In early 2019, he transitioned into the training division and, in January 2024, took over responsibility for leading that division.
Since stepping into that role David has overseen significant transformation of Siamo Training. Under his direction the team have introduced a range of specialist training courses, refined its strategic focus, and strengthened partnerships with many of our key customers, delivering tailored courses that make a real impact.
His passion for training, commitment to quality and people-first approach have been instrumental in positioning the business for long term success.
