Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Business Development Focus
Location: Erdington, Birmingham (B23)
Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 DOE Uncapped, Market-Leading OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing (The Reality) This role is heavily focused on sales and business development:
- Proactively winning new business through calls, visits, and networking
- Building and converting your own pipeline of prospects
- Identifying client pain points and positioning Siamo as a solution partner
- Negotiating rates, terms, and closing deals confidently
- Growing and managing your own desk like a mini business
- Driving revenue through both temporary and permanent placements
Win Business
- Consistently generate and convert new leads
- Open new accounts and grow them into key clients
Drive Revenue
- Understand margins, pricing, and profitability
- Maximise every opportunity to increase billings
Own the Sales Process
- High outbound activity (calls, meetings, LinkedIn outreach)
- Confident pitching, influencing, and closing
Build Relationships That Stick
- Turn new clients into long-term partnerships
- Deliver value beyond recruitment
