Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm

You will be trained to:
- Generate new business through outbound sales calls
- Win and develop client accounts across Birmingham and surrounding areas
- Build and manage your own candidate pipeline
- Interview, screen and place candidates
- Negotiate rates and close deals
- Manage client relationships and grow accounts
- Work towards weekly KPIs and revenue targets
