Warehouse Packers- Start ASAP
Location: B78
Day Pay Rate: £12.71/hour (basic)
Shifts:
- Mon-Fri
- AM: 07:00 – 15:30
- PM: 15:30 – 00:00
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurate and efficient picking, checking, and packing of pharmaceutical products.
2. Receipt of inbound stock; ensuring temperature compliance is maintained.
3. Accurate completion of all Goods In, picking, packing and despatch paperwork.
4. Entering shipping and inventory data in the warehouse management system.
5. Processing of returns (including Quarantined, Damaged and Batch Recalls.
6. Undertake stock counts and cycle counting activities.
7. Scanning of consignments and sorting into delivery locations.
8. Transfer of goods between sites when required.
9. Identify potential gaps in the processes and make recommendations for possible improvements.
10. Ensure the highest level of hygiene is maintained throughout the warehouse, and associated areas, in
accordance with GDP/GMP regulations.
11. When directed by a manager, undertake any other task appropriate to the skills and responsibilities of
a pick pack operative.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and manual handling.
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
