We are delighted to announce the promotion of Yared Pesce to Branch Manager at Siamo Birmingham, recognising his dedication, leadership and impressive career progression within the business.
Yared first began working with Siamo in 2018, initially joining one of our client sites where he quickly progressed through operational roles. During his time on site, he moved from warehouse operative to team leader, managing between 40 and 50 colleagues per shift and demonstrating strong leadership skills and commitment to delivering results.
In 2022, Yared returned to Siamo to begin a new chapter, joining the Birmingham branch as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Since then, he has become an integral member of the Birmingham team and the wider Siamo business. Through his consistent performance, enthusiasm and dedication from day one, Yared has now earned a well-deserved promotion to Branch Manager.
Reflecting on his journey, Yared said:
“My journey with Siamo started back in 2018 when I walked into the office looking for any job opportunity. I spent three years progressing from a warehouse operative to a team leader, managing 40–50 people per shift. After some time away, I returned to Siamo four years later seeking a new challenge, where I was given another opportunity as a trainee recruiter in Birmingham. Today, I’m proud to be stepping into the role of Branch Manager. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunities and support I’ve received along the way.”
Yared will now head up the Birmingham team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that both clients and candidates are at the heart of everything we do.
His promotion reflects Siamo’s ongoing commitment to developing talent from within and supporting colleagues as they grow their careers within the organisation.
