Siamo have a legitimate interest in processing a candidate’s data in order to help them find a job and offer employment. This legitimate interest includes potential clients who are in discussions with us. Siamo may need to record this data for future reference. We hold data on our database to enable us to run our business, whether this is reaching out to candidates about opportunities or recording client discussions re projects or future business. We need to hold certain data to enable us to provide recruitment services which is the nature of our business.
Siamo are legally required to hold some candidate data which may include personal information for due diligence or contractual processes and this would include proof of right to work and ID. If you are not able to provide this data to process we may not be able to work together.
Unless specifically required by a potential client for the purposes of establishing safe working practices under Health and Safety legislation, Siamo do not require any data as defined as Sensitive Personal Data as defined under GDPR. We do not transfer data outside of the EEA.
