Recruitment Consultant – Ashby-de-la-Zouch

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Ashby-de-la-Zouch branch. Siamo specialises in supplying temporary and permanent staff across the distribution, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and office professional sectors.

Salary & Hours
- £28,000 – £30,000 basic salary DOE
- Uncapped market-leading commission structure
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
- Flexibility for earlier starts and later finishes is required depending on client needs
- Participation in the team’s weekly on-call rota will also be required
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Visiting client sites and maintaining excellent service levels
- Recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
- Matching suitable candidates to client requirements
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Conducting regular service reviews with clients
- Working towards individual and branch performance targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience, either within temporary or permanent recruitment. Experience within any sector will be considered.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Motivated and target-driven
- Professional and organised
- Confident building relationships with clients and candidates
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Driven to progress into a senior role within the business
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential for this role, as regular travel to client sites will be required.
