The Recruitment Consultant role will have the following responsibilities:
- Collating a talent pool of suitable candidates within the Finance and Accountancy industry for live vacancies
- Making outbound calls, emails and texts to candidates with the use of social media to promote the perfect vacancy
- Working alongside the experienced team to make successful placements
- Research into the market to identify any new potential vacancies that are available to target new clients
- Meeting the clients’ expectations regarding candidate specifications
The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Consultant role will have following skillset:
- A background within the sales industry is highly advantageous
- Willingness to learn and progress throughout your career
- Naturally KPI driven and hungry to develop skills in a sales environment
- Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential
- An effective, confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
- A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
