Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
This is a full-time, ongoing position offering consistent weekday hours and a competitive hourly rate.
Pay – £13.75 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
General warehouse duties
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Moving stock throughout the warehouse
Loading and unloading deliveries
Stock control and inventory checks
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting other warehouse functions as required ( some heavy lifting required )
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting, as this role involves moving stock and handling heavier items on a regular basis
