PREVIOUS driving experience (of any kind) and at least 6 months’ warehouse experience are required.
We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives (LLOP Order Pickers) to join the ASDA Redhouse Distribution Centre on an ongoing basis, supporting store deliveries across the UK.

About you:
✔️ At least 6 months’ warehouse experience
✔️ Previous driving experience (e.g. scooters, cars, vans or warehouse vehicles)
✔️ Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
✔️ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Reliable, punctual and eager to learn

⏰ Available Shifts –
Days: 06:00–14:00
Afters: 14:00–22:00
Nights: 22:00–06:00
Current Shift Patterns Available –
Friday to Monday (8-hour or 10-hour shifts)
Friday to Tuesday (8-hour shifts)
💷 Pay Rates –
First 12 Weeks:
Days: £12.71/hr (£13.71 overtime)
Afters: £12.71/hr (£13.71 overtime)
Nights: £13.21/hr (£14.21 overtime)
After 12 Weeks:
Days: £12.71/hr (£15.14 overtime)
Afters: £13.86/hr (£16.29 overtime)
Nights: £14.57/hr (£17.00 overtime)

Role Overview:
You’ll be employed by Siamo Group, supporting our client Wincanton Dedicated Grocery at the ASDA Redhouse Distribution Centre.
Your duties will include:
- Picking store orders using LLOP trucks and voice-picking technology
- Working safely, accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of attendance and performance
- Contributing positively to a busy warehouse team
Recruitment Process: Digital screening for speed and efficiency. Then a face-to-face interview and tour at the site. Then 3x days paid training prior to shift start.
