Warehouse Operative
Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Storing stock safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts where qualified.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse using “clean as you go” principles.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve warehouse KPIs and service levels.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous warehouse experience, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential, along with a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
