Since late-Spring, Templine has been running a management training programme in conjunction with Leeds City College Business Department. All managers have been given a chance to attend the course in leadership and management, which can result in an accredited qualification with the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

The first, successful graduates of the programme recently passed the final assessments and seem keen to further their studies next year.

Operations Director, Lindsay Robinson, commented, ‘We are keen to invest in our people through training and we believe that this course is going to give us a huge pay-back, not only in terms of individuals’ performances but also from the added motivation it already seems to have brought to our business.’
