Templine returned to its roots early in 2010 with a concentrated effort on the agency-driver sector, which was its foundation in the early-80s. Having gained sufficient strength and momentum to merit its own separate identity, the division is now operating under its own brand, AWD.
At the start of the year demand proved so strong that a new senior manager was required to take charge and in March Liz Bucciero was persuaded to join. She comes with a reputation that is well known and respected in the industry.
Spearheading Templine’s assault on the sector Liz commented, ‘The growth of the business has been nothing short of phenomenal, which is a big word but I think it’s right for our situation. We’ve got drivers working from London to the Midlands and beyond. And the phones just don’t stop ringing. To say we’re busy just doesn’t do justice to my team but I wouldn’t have it any other way.’
