Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for Experienced Order picker! ideally with MHE experience but not necessary need a certificate for one of our prestigious client in Kettering, NN14.
Shift Details: 09:00AM-17:00PM fixed
MONDAY- FRIDAY
Payrate: £12.42 p/h
Overtime: Weekdays/Saturday -£15.63, Sunday £19.23 after 37.5 hours per week.
Additional depends on business needs: (£12.82 if any training passed on Reach truck/Counterbalance)
The candidate should have an experience or certificate on Reach truck/Counerbalance/VNA and who is interested to get trained and work on any different MHE as per requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Should be have an experience or certificate with Reach truck
- Picking orders efficiently and accurately (Technical items)
- Manual lifting involved
- Meeting daily targets and deadlines
- Operating machinery safely and adhering to all safety protocols
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a balanced-paced environment and meet productivity goals
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing
- Valid experience or licence
- DBS check
- 5 years references require
