Siamo Group is recruiting Food Production Operatives on behalf of our client to help produce some of the UK’s favourite popcorn and potato snacks in a modern, fast-paced production environment.
Whether you’re looking for your first manufacturing role or already have experience in food production, we’d love to hear from you. Full training is provided, so all you need is a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
💷 Pay Rates
- AM Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm): £13.52 per hour
- PM Shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm): £13.52 per hour
- Night Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am): £15.55 per hour
🕒 Shift PatternYou’ll work any 6 days out of 7, on a rotating basis, including Saturday working.
Available shifts:
- 🌅 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 🌇 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 🌙 10:00pm – 6:00am
Your Duties
- Producing and packing popcorn and potato snacks.
- Operating production and packaging machinery safely.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet customer standards.
- Maintaining high levels of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Following all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexible to work any 6 days out of 7, including Saturdays.
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
