Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for PM 14:00-22:00 Shift for RE-CYCLING YARD ROLE for our client based in Brackmills, Northampton NN4 7BN
RE-CYCLING YARD/entirely outdoors – *candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Duties & responsibilities for the job description:
- Heavy lifting and manual handling – alot of manual handling involved/MUST BE FIT WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTION OF HEAVY LIFTING UP TO 25KG
- Sorting pallets into correct stacks
- Breaking down collared pallets
- Dealing with all waste streams
- Loading the cardboard baler
- Maintain housekeeping duties at all times
- General warehouse duties as required
Pay Rate & Shift Pattern Afternoon Shift.
- First 12 weeks: £13.00 per hour – Average paid working week will be 37.5 hours (30-minute unpaid break per shift).
- After 12 weeks: £14.47 per hour – Average paid working week will be 40 hours (30-minute paid break per shift).
- Overtime is payable after 37.5 hours for the first 12 weeks and 40 hours after 12 weeks worked in one calendar week.
- Overtime rate first 12 weeks £19.50 p/h, after 12 weeks £21.70 p/h
- 14:00 – 22:00 – Monday to Friday shift
