Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse operatives stock returns – Day Shift for our client based in Brackmills, Northampton NN4 7BN
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Check the condition of stock being returned
- Manual picking area when require
- General warehouse duties as required
- Heavy lifting and manual handling – MUST BE FIT WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTION OF HEAVY LIFTING UP TO 25KG
- Maintain housekeeping duties at all times
- Good attention on details
- Working in a target-driven environment to achieve daily shift targets for quality, safety and output.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience require
- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting
- Must be 18 years old or over
- Good attendance
- Good attention to the details
Pay Rate & Shift Pattern Night Shift.
- First 12 weeks: £13.00 per hour – Average paid working week will be 37.5 hours (30-minute unpaid break per shift).
- After 12 weeks: £14.47 per hour – Average paid working week will be 40 hours (30-minute paid break per shift).
- Overtime is payable after 37.5 hours for the first 12 weeks and 40 hours after 12 weeks worked in one calendar week.
- Overtime rate first 12 weeks £19.50 p/h, after 12 weeks £21.70 p/h
- 06:00 – 14:00 – Monday to Friday shift
