Our Coventry based branch has recently appointed a new Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Charlie Bell.

Charlie comes to Siamo from an Industrial / Warehouse background and wanted to work in a recruitment role as he enjoys building relationships and challenging himself.

Initially, Charlie has been working closely with the team prospecting, meeting clients and understanding the nature and requirements of local businesses.

As Charlie takes on more responsibility and begins to work more independently, it is expected that his drive, commitment and attitude will help him drive growth and development in the branch.

Jarred Goodyer, Branch Manager, said: “Charlie has been the perfect example of what can be achieved with hard work, in his first 3 weeks in the business he has converted two new clients and has been on various meetings – which is an amazing achievement for someone with no prior recruitment experience.

He now understands the registration and recruitment process better thanks to his hard work, effort and drive to succeed. Everything that is asked of him, he achieves and all of this is done with a smile on his face!”
